Shipping
Orders ship within 1–2 business days of purchase from our US fulfillment location. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order leaves our facility.
- Free shipping on retail orders over $50
- Flat-rate shipping on orders under $50, calculated at checkout
- Currently shipping within the United States only
Delivery times vary by location, typically 3–7 business days after your order ships.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you and your pet to be happy with every order. If something isn’t right:
- Unopened, unused items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
- If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund — no need to ship anything back.
- Opened consumables (food, treats, grooming solutions) can’t be returned for hygiene and safety reasons unless the item was defective or incorrect.
To start a return, email info@kibbleandclean.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We’ll walk you through the next steps.
Refunds
Once a return is received and inspected (or a damaged-item claim is approved), refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Wholesale Orders
Wholesale and bulk orders are covered under separate terms agreed at the time of order. Contact info@kibbleandclean.com with questions about a wholesale shipment.
